Dr. Whitehead is based in San Diego, California, but he maintains a number of professional office locations throughout Southern California to accommodate evaluation needs. The main locations are listed on the map below. These office locations can change, and so the best thing to do is contact Dr. Whitehead for current location availability.

Under some circumstances, special arrangements to conduct evaluations in other locations not listed on the map below may also be accommodated, on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Dr. Whitehead. Dr. Whitehead reserves the right to determine location availability based on a variety of scheduling and logistical issues. Please call to discuss your needs.

IME and AME services, and other specialty clinical, treatment, and consultation referrals for clients that live within 60 miles of Metro San Diego are usually seen in the San Diego Mission Valley office.

Workers Compensation QME office locations and availabilities are available as listed on the QME database, which should be consulted to determine current Panel QME office availabilities for Dr. Whitehead.
