Dr. Whitehead is headquartered in San Diego, California, but he maintains a total 18 professional office locations throughout Southern California to accommodate evaluation needs.

Please note that while Workers Compensation QME and AME cases can always be seen in the various listed city locations, other services are not always available in those non-San Diego Metro locations.

IME services, and other specialty clinical, treatment, and consultation referrals for clients that live within 60 miles of Metro San Diego are usually seen in the San Diego Mission Valley office. Each of these types of referrals are scheduled on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to call Dr. Whitehead for location availability information.

Dr. Whitehead reserves the right to determine location availability on a case-by-case basis in cases other than Workers Compensation QME and AME services, based on a variety of scheduling and logistical issues.
